    Real quick tip .. If you practice fasting then you can make all kinds of muscle gains (must be pretty fat adapted), with a high protein, moderate fat, and the rest carbs (100 g ish) .. Yes the calorie Surplus needs to be in effect with this kind of eating and it is hard to eat when practicing fasting to consume in such a small window but it is possible .. I am currently experiencing this on myself. I see a new vein pooping out of my skin every week so damn.. That vascularity means something haha (I fast from 12 – 40 hours weekely)
