    Almond/soy milk
    1-2 Handful of Oats
    2 tsp organic peanut butter
    1 tsp of organic honey
    Protein powder/ a couple of eggs

    serious question; im 5'11 130lbs gaines about 7pounds in like 20days but its been slowing down recently. i wonder if i need to go above 3300calories like 4000 for example. I do no exercice no cardio nothing, im really going all in in this. my foods are clean af(chicken, rice, eggs, shakes with fruits, etc.) basicly im asking; should i stick to the 3300 calories or go to 4000 to gain more weight or will be bad weight?
