    1. drink more water than usual …like, a LOT.
    2. take natural diuretics (google examples)
    3. debloat — best way is through circuit training. this was their workout > Jumping jacks, Forward lunge (optional:with torso twist), burpees, bicycle crunches. do these 30-45 secs for about 4 rounds
    4. wear sweat jackets when u workout
    5. stick to whole foods (less sodium, processed)
    6. good sleep
