    Before starting questioning you, I want to let you know that your content is excellent, you really deserve more, 1million more suscribers! And you really know what you are talking about!
    I am really curious about (it will sound strange lol) how you rejuvenate the down parts after giving birth? You talked about the padsicles, the herbal tonic to clean also.. I became curious if you have others tips. How long does it take to go to normal?
    Also, what techniques and how did you implement them to avoid tearing, and prolapse? You talked about meditation, breathing down the baby, if you can tell us more it would be really informative, and helpful.
    Hope everything is ok for you, I am catching up on your videos after a long break.

    Wow! This video is so incredibly important for mamas to pay attention to when they’re nearing the end of their pregnancy! So often, we hear “don’t worry about weight loss, focus on self care, big is beautiful” and all the other sincere comments. While yes, it’s true… we have just given birth and need to focus on our baby now, it’s just as important that we focus on our health. Self care isn’t JUST baths and alone time and getting your hair done.. self care is taking care of your body from the inside out. What we put into our bodies is so important and I’m so glad that you are bringing that to light ❤️
