Joe Biden launched into a virtually incoherent coverage rant in response to a query from a younger black voter who tossed his notorious “you ain’t black” remark again in his face as he merely asked what the previous vice chairman would do for African Americans if he gained.

Student Cedric Humphrey from Harrisburg, Pa., who recognized as a “progressive Democrat,” appeared visibly unimpressed because the 77-year-old former veep rambled about how the suitable to vote was a “sacred opportunity” and erroneously claimed that he had reformed the criminal justice system throughout an ABC News town hall.

“What do you have to say to young black voters who see voting for you as further participation in a system that continually fails to protect them?” Humphrey asked Biden.
