    It is lil hard at first but its been a month and looking at the difference thru each day motivates me to keep on going feel more energized it's been lil more than a month and have lost 22lbs…❤❤❤ Love keto once in a while I will do a cheat treat yummy then keep on going with keto and if a treat myself for example with a piece of chocolate I will do it before going to the gym or after.
