    I don't know if this works, I've been working out for hours a day and have not lost any weight at all. THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO STARVE YOURSELF FOR A COUPLE DAYS!!! It always works for me. The maximum amount of days I'll go without eating is 5 days. I lose so much weight when i do that. I've tried extremely low calorie diets but they're not as effective as starving yourself!! I know a lot of people that love to eat but want to lose weight and i always tell them to starve themselves for days and days until you get the results you want. They don't do it simply because they love food too much!!! I like food, but i like my low body weight waayyy more than i love food!!!! Food is very bad for the body, i know everyone has to eat to survive, but food isn't something you need everyday!!! I know what I'm talking about, I've starved myself multiple times over and over again!! But there are some symptoms from starving yourself as well which may include heart palpitations, shortness of breath, electrolyte imbalance, low energy, chest pain as well as mild kidney pain… The symptoms vary depending on how many days you've went without eating!! But if you did do it and started to lose weight you will be so excited because of the achievement of your weight goals!!
