    I disagree with taking the CLA L-Carnitine and thermogenics because you can overdose if you take it for 30 days In my opinion its best to go allout at the gym supersets for at least 1 hour than go 20 mins cardio because that will burn more fat and you need to eat protein in every meal which is the most important part of weight loss reduce your carbohydrate intake you dont need protein powder or any dietary supplements you can lose the weight from real foods.

    Well I have a torn labrum in my shoulder and I don't wanna get surgery so there's a lot of stuff I can't do as far as bench press, push ups, pull ups, lat pull downs, etc etc. so the whole workout routine doesn't work for me. What I can do is cardio, surfing, swimming or running and eat healthier. I feel like this may be a little bit overboard and not everyone is injury free to lift weights
