Cooking is straightforward if you solely want one pan to make a whole meal.

Low Carb Jambalaya Ingredients

  • 1lb hen (skinny lower, boneless and skinless). Cut into 1 ” items
  • 4 massive sausage hyperlinks, casing eliminated and divided into quarter measurement items (sizzling Italian works nice and provides some warmth)
  • 1 massive head cauliflower, “riced”
  • 1 massive inexperienced bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15-18 massive shrimp, deveined
  • 10 ouncescherry tomatoes (about 40)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Creole seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place hen and sausage on baking sheet.
  3. Top with ready greens (cauliflower, pepper, jalapeño, onion, garlic). Add a number of shakes of Creole seasoning and bake for 10 minutes (veggies will probably be crisp).
  4. While the primary a part of the jambalaya is cooking: Combine shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil with a number of dashes of Creole seasoning in a bowl.
  5. Add tomato/shrimp combine to the baking sheet and cook dinner for an extra 15 minutes.
  6. Mix and serve!
