Masaba’s de-bloat tea recipe
Take 2 liters of water and add 4 teaspoons of jeera (cumin), 4 teaspoons of coriander seeds, 4tsp of saunf (fennel), 4 pieces of cardamom, and one-fourth teaspoon of ajwain (carrom seeds). Boil this concoction till the water reduces to 1.5 liters and your de-bloat tea is ready. Masaba advises drinking this brew on an empty stomach and before meals throughout the day for better digestion and to prevent that annoying bloat.
