    HERE ARE THE CALORIES / MACROS FOR EACH MEAL:

    Calories: 387kcal

    Proteins: 50g

    Carbs 40g

    Fats: 3g

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breastfilé: 900g
    Whole grain pasta: 300g
    Soy sauce: 15g
    Peppar
    Mushrooms
    Zero caloric bouillon

    If split up to five meals, each meal will have the above calories/macros

    I’m in the uk and have been following your videos for the last few weeks they are very enjoyable and knowledgeable.
    Don’t really need to loose that much weight really but the problem I have is a bit of belly fat .
    Any ideas?
    I weigh 77kg & 5 feet 11 tall.
