My HIIT Treadmill Workout – How I lost 83bs of Fat | Weight Loss Motivation

HIIT for me is what I owe my fats loss to. I did this exercise 2-5x per week as time permitted and by no means skilled a plateau.

My private technique was on the treadmill, however HIIT could be carried out on ANY machine on the health club & even exterior. Just alternate 2 minutes of mild work, with 1 minute of strength exertion for 25 minutes!

    Warm up 5 minutes restart and stsrt ypur 20 I am losing weight doing 20 seconds of running as fast as you can and walking at 2.0 fot 1 minute to 2 or 3 for 20minutes

    Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about – Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

    I've been lifting for years. I've always ate clean but never really counted my macros. Since I started, I'm already down 10 lbs without killing myself on the treadmill.     I've been doing on and off sort of medium intensity endurance training and it's worked fairly well. I've burn a total of 15 pounds so far and I'm reaching into strength training by using high weights for about 30 reps until I cant go much longer. I've reached a plateau, but mostly because of muscle gains (newbie gains as most call it), so remember everyone. No matter what happens keep on going, even if you don't see results, make that routine your lifestyle and it'll slowly change your life. You didn't gain all your fat in 2 months, so you can't lose it in that same amount of time. Devotion is what makes the cut.

    When I do this HIIT I burn 200-300 calories. When I walk steady incline for an hour I burn 600. How is this better if I burn less?

    As a male I use this technique as well I’m 5ft 9inches tall and I use to be 219 now I’m down to 190 at my highest speed I ran 8.5 and cool down and repeated the process it helps trust me

    Everytime I fall off and gain weight when I go back to the gym I ALWAYS go back to this video and do this hiit workout it works so well!! I just add more like I’ll do what she does for 30 minutes only my sprint is 8.5 at a 3.0 incline & I just do random things for the next 30 minutes the fat seriously melts off every time thank you so much for posting this !!

    Would you say that running on an incline is harder? I can run at a 0 incline at quite a high level (around 8.5) so I don’t know what I would have to go to make myself feel really burned out etc unless an incline would increase this?
