AN athletic woman has revealed how even the laziest can still stay in shape.
The fitness fan relayed her tips for getting a workout in without sweating out a hairstyle.

She set the scene for popular workout methods, including paying for expensive group classes.
“Going to drive an hour out to go to a fitness class and spend money to do so doesn’t sound like my most ideal Wednesday activity.
“There’s one answer, which is three words — hot girl walk, and let me tell you why it’s free,” she said.
Mia elaborated that the workout is not only simple, it’s decreases the amount of planning that goes into exercise.
“You don’t need to come up with a whole fitness routine like you have to do when you go to the gym.
“If it’s not too hot out, which usually isn’t by the time you go after work,” she said.

Another perk of her method she revealed is that those with styled hair don’t have to worry about upkeep.
“You don’t need to figure out your hair wash schedule. You don’t need to figure out a shower. Maybe a little body shower is fine,” she said.
She shared that the hot girl walk can even save time for those with busy schedules by walking in increments throughout the day.
“Either go all four miles at the end of the day or you can break it up throughout your day.
“You could do little 10 minute walks like six or seven times throughout your day and boom, workout over,” she said.
Mia revealed that her walking method is great for those suffering with anxiety or who simply get overwhelmed by planning workouts.
“And it was no mental strain on you at all. Walking is such a valid form of exercise, especially when you’re getting a lot of your steps in,” she said.
The fit beauty reiterated that the hot girl walk is indeed for all walks of life.
