    Am I the only one that is skinny af everywhere on my body except my stomach? I wanna loose weight on my stomach but gain everywhere else? so i‘m scared to eat more because i think it all goes to my belly

    I have the same experience the only time that I’ve ever been over 100 pounds is when I had my children I am on a weekend Jenni too I would really appreciate if you would respond back as far as how can you make that happen without getting a personal trainer

    i am doing this workout for a month now and i am eating more then 2k calories a day ( u can find how much calories u need to eat in a day just tipe in google "recommended calorie intake per day gigacalculator" and fill in everything(age,weight,height…) and also u have health calculators on right and click the 9.one(healthy weight) or 10.one(ideal weight) to se how much u need to gain) and i have 5 meals a day and i do this workout 2-4 times a week..i gained 4 pounds (2kg) in month..u got this…coming back in a month

    I’m not trying to be mean I no wat it’s like but be grateful that u are skinny some fat people starve there self to be skinny there always be called fat and triple chin and chubby legs it’s really hard for fat people so be happy for wat body god has given you because it’s hard for me to loose weight……..

    I wanna say I think this helps alot as I did this for a month and then I stopped for a bit as I was getting lazy my mum said she thought I had gained weight during that time but now I had lost it so this helps a lot and i didnt even do the ones that used weights thanks so much luhhsetty ?
