    Omg girls you are glowing ? I wish Annie showed us her old photos ! Please consider that haha? You should make videos together like 'day in a life of friends' or 'what we eat in day' ☺ I noticed you didn't noticed a word VEGAN even once haha so do you consume any animal products at all?

    Super Video, tolle Ausstrahlung, du hast so viel positive Energie und ich fühl mich richtig inspiriert. Gleich ein Abo da gelassen 🙂 Ich esse zwar vegan, aber nicht so super clean, kaufe oft Fertiges aus dem Laden, weil ich keine Lust hab, nach der Arbeit noch zu kochen. Gibt immer Wochen, wo ich alles selbst mache und mir schmeckts auch super, aber dann falle ich meistens zurück zu meinen alten Gewohnheiten und ess dann Pommes und sowas 🙁 Bin auch ziemlich unzufrieden mit meinem Körper, selbst als ich total clean gegessen habe, hatte ich mein Bäuchlein nicht wegbekommen. Aufgrund gesundheitlichen Problemen kann ich zurzeit und wahrscheinlich auch noch länger, keinen Sport machen, was mich auch wieder runterzieht. Aber ich kämpfe jeden Tag dafür, eine positive Einstellung zu haben und dank eurem Video, hab ich jetzt wieder Motivation, wieder gesund zu leben. <3

    Could you possibly do a video explaining the nutritional differences between juices and smoothies? I try to have a big smoothie every morning but people tell me juices are better. However I don't really want to invest in a juicer if having smoothies is just as good for you. I would love to know more! Love your channel! You are so glowing and positive!

    New subscriber here from Annie!! You guys seriously have got me to start eating a lot better!! I wasnt always overweight but after something really bad happened, I just hid myself in my home and didnt go out at all, not even the gym. I ate only 1 meal a day. I need to lose 40lbs. I always skip breakfast and dont drink enough water. I got back to the gym this week. Thank you both for the tips.

    I have terrible periods to the point of vomiting and severe pain to the point I can't stand. I was just prescribed birth control… Is there anything you're able to recommend before I start birth control? Thanks x

    I still love this video so so much! watched it when it first came out and always coming back when I feel down or beat myself up on my eating habits, always makes me feel so much better and gives me a bunch of motivation!

    OMG, this video is what I needes in my life right now, it’s like a kick in the butt. My grandfather passed away on March 10 after 3 weeks of pain and suffering and I’m dealing with my pain by eating alot of junk food and I also stopped working out. Tomorrow after work I’ll go to the grochery store and buy good, nutritious food and in a few days I’ll start working out again (I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted a few days ago and I’m not allowed to workout just yet). Anyway, you kinda made me want to get out of my missery and start doing something good for myself after 4-5 weeks of depression.
