Officials in Montgomery and Delaware counties are sounding the alarm on COVID-19, warning that the surge is placing a pressure on the hospital system.

In Montgomery County, health officers say events, sleepovers and different social gatherings, together with Halloween celebrations, have triggered a surge in hospital circumstances.
