    Brutal and Intense! Leg lifts of all sorts and starts with one legged Vinysa flows. Coach Vigue was in a mood. Psych yourself up for this one.

    very nice levelling up there – I'm not very flexible and so having to vaguely emulate some of those moves, but still enjoying it and loving the intense endings. cheers coach Vigue
