Hello Brett, I was just wondering about the 15 squat sequence. I have seen that a squat is beneficial during pregnancy, but haven't seen this sequence. What specifically ate the benefits of doing this moving sequence or what is it called so I can look it up?

Thank you so much for nice video!! I have questions about the 15 sets of squat position. 1. Which direction should I put my toes? forward or slightly outward? 2. when we roll up from the squat, I feel uncomfortable with my pit of the stomach. Is it ok to roll up or round the back until the late period of the pregnancy?

Thank you for this video. I am 5 months in my first pregnancy and today was my first experience with yoga. Everything was so doable and by the end I was feeling so relaxed and connected to the life growing inside of me. I will continue with this through the remainder of my pregnancy and I think afterwards too!

Thanks for this nice relaxing yoga exercise. Being an athlete, training's been always a big part of my life but since my sport is too dangerous now (lacrosse) I got banned from trainings haha. I try to compensate with other safe exercises and now that I'm 33 weeks, your videos help me a lot when I'm at home and have some free time to charge up. I especially like that you also concentrate on meditation! Once again, thank you! 🙂

    Peace Brett,

I find your style of teaching very calming and present. I am 5.75 months pregnant and much appreciate the amount of time and breath you allow for each pose and the variety of poses you use in each of your videos. It might just be the hormones, but all the hip work in this video really brought out my emotions during the ending meditation, which I was able to practice flowing and breathing smoothly through. Lastly, I like that you give reminders to breath through discomfort and make the connection to needing that same skill during labor, the ultimate challenge for my yogi breath! Thank you for putting thought and care into your videos, it shows, and baby and I have loved them so far.
    With Peace,
    Salam

I love the way you teach, the is the second prenatal yoga video i've tried of yours and thats it i'm in! I kind if knew i should have taken it more easy on this one when you said 15 squats tho but somehow it felt pretty doable so i did them all after not having done anything like that for about a year! Now my legs are screwed! I can't get up the stairs very fast lol and they seem to have got more sore after sleeping and resting! Whats your advice after over working muscles? I don't know what's best… should i rest or should do some tiny amount of stretching to help? Massage? Heat press or ice? This is new to me i've never messed up so badly! Oops 🙂 TIA xxx

I am 39 weeks pregnant and have been searching for the perfect class for me for a while. Classes are either always canceled or fall on a day that doesn’t work in my schedule. I’ve been stretching at home but decided to try this class today and I LOVE it! I wish I found it sooner but it’s still great and I feel amazing after trying the class! Thank you for sharing!

17 weeks pregnant and started doing yoga with you before conception. It helped me relax then and it helps me now. Even though I was very active before pregnancy last week I started to feel back pain when I sit for longer period. This yoga class helps me so much. I like the Gentle prenatal yoga video too and I use it when i'm short on time. So happy I found your channel and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

This is one of my favorite videos of yours. Your voice and style of teaching is so calming and I love how every stretch and movement is explained throughout the video. I don't feel rushed at all as I have with other prenatal videos which haven't been calming enough for me. I am currently 29 weeks and have been experiencing a ton of sore muscles and physical discomfort but this video always helps to loosen up the right parts of my body. Thank you!
