    Great information! So glad you are plant based now. I think I remember you guys’ older videos recommending high amounts of protein so I am glad to see you are seeing the benefits of a ‘lower’ amount of plant based protein. Thank you for sharing your journey.

    So glad you are advocating a plant based diet! <3 I have actually been doing high carb low fat for the last few months and I've lost quite a bit of weight and many inches!

    Hi thanks for the information. I have been on this journey with you, but I haven't lost as much weight. What could be stopping someone from losing weight? I use Lifesum and stay very accountable, but I dont always meet the amount of calories or macros. I also eat at a deficit and workout moderately.

    I want to lose a little weight and become fit but all the info I find is for young people and I'm almost 50, asthmatic and bruise pretty easily. I few weeks ago I hurt my neck just by suddenly looking up.

    I wish you would share your meals, snacks etc. I still have a hard time figuring out how much carbs etc I should have each day. Can I ask why you are eating vegan now?

    I've followed your advices from this video and the previous about your 5-pound loss in a week, and I lost myself 3 pounds this week. Okay, I jog, I do my yoga and I go to work in bicycle, but I started last week to count my calories. And it worked pretty well! ❤?

    We do 1-2 meatless meals per week. What do you guys think of quorn? it's my go-to for veggie grounds (not vegan)
