Síclo lands in Sotogrande. The Mexican chain of indoor cycling boutique gyms has closed a collaboration with Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort, the five-star hotel establishment, which this summer season will offer síclo disciplines at its facilities.
Specifically, it is about BiSí, the indoor cycling modality that every day has more followers in its club in Madrid, and Barre Sí, a discipline that combines ballet movements with those of yoga and Pilates, to the rhythm of music, and that landed a few months ago in the capital.
Proposals will be available from July 31 to August 25 and will take place in the resort’s gardens, surrounded by greenery.
Initially, four daily sessions will be programmed, three in the morning and one in the afternoon, each lasting 45 minutes.
Each session will have a price that will start at 18 euros, with bonuses available ranging from 4 sessions to 40.
