Welcome, my friend! Thanks so much for joining me today for this Beginners Series. In today’s practice we are going to focus on 3 of the most fundamental standing Yoga poses on the mat:
We’ll be taking a look at Tadasana (the standing mountain pose), we’ll be looking at Chair Pose and our first balancing pose – Tree Pose.
Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
