    I just wanted to tell I have been doing these streches on and off for 2 years now and it has helped a LOT. This was really the beginning of my self-care journey. Guaranteed I am not someone with strong muscles and stuff(yet), but I used to be the least flexible 17 year old I knew and now I can at least do all these streches to their full extent. That's progress, right?! I am really grateful that I found this tutorial on that fateful day in 2019 lmao

    You know some people just gets flexible without that much training like doing hand walk and flips but o ne thing you dont get is front stretching even be taugh you will cry 😀
