    My arms are burning it's AWESOME!! Still can't do a headstand but I'll keep doing the wall pushups everyday until I can. I also used to think pushups are only for men, they hurt :'( Thank you Sanela! Much love from Indonesia, F

    Hello Sanela. I love your workouts. I recently started following your yoga workouts. I was doing the arm workouts 3-4 times a week. Recently I might have pulled a muscle while stretching. My left shoulder and arm hurts and my fingers hurt as well. Is there anything else I can do get some relief? Thank you in advance.
