    I made a promise to myself I will self tan more (last year I was pretty consistent with this since I was preparing for my wedding), but I don't really stick to it and I definitely must change that since my confidence really plummets when I'm fat&pale 🙁

    My workout routine: I workout 7 days a week. I make sure to get cardio in every day. I am a runner so I run every day as well as doing the alexis ren ab workout.

    I would like to join the gym just for adding some weights. I am afraid of getting bulky. Do you have any recommendations for how much weights should I lift? I am Petite in height but my legs bulk easily so I always watch out what exercises are best.

    Can anyone else just not relate to the water facts? Like I’m pretty good at drinking water not because I want to be healthy but because it actually is the only think I like so I would drink About 3 litters of water a day without even noticing but I don’t have the best skin and I don’t wake up feeling fresh I actually hate waking up. So can anyone relate to me? I feel like I’m the only person who actually loves water and doesn’t feel like it’s doing wonders for her

    Looks like you are wearing bronzer. I also do no foundation and I still have redness on my cheeks as part of natural blush. I think it is tough to wear bronzer and blush because natural skin does have uneveness.
