Its a night in my life – so like a orange idea exercise, eating my meal from snap kitchen, making ready for my internship the following day, selecting out my outfit and food and such, intern life! Also my SKINCARE ROUTINE as a result of my skin has been wanting GREAT due to drunk elephant bless. Also it is a self tanning routine as of latest aka how I dont look orange however haven’t tanned all summer haha. Hope you get pleasure from! Love u ppl

    DO NOT cut out meat! Meat doesnt make you gain weight increase your protein is good! Tbh being vegan makes you gain

    I’ve lost 50 pounds and I would say that the biggest thing for me is tracking my food just to make sure that I’m not overeating on things and have good portion control! Maybe just start tracking your calories and what you eat for a week or two and then stop once you have the hang of what is in what! Also, maybe try making your own meals for lunch. I get the simplicity of buying the meal at work, but if you’re making it yourself then you know exactly what’s going in your food! Just some thoughts, love your channel 🙂

    losing weight and getting fit is honestly 80% what you eat & 20% working out. So my tip would be to focus more on your diet and the foods you eat than how many times a week you go to the gym!

    I know I eat a frikking large amount of pasta so eating zucchini noodles for me is a game changer ?? and in general replacing more of my carbs/protein on my plate with more veggies has been the best thing for me

    The simplest way to lose weight is to maintain a caloric deficit and track every calorie in the beginning! Hope that helps

    I am obsessed with your videos!! Also 10/10 would recommend trying to track calories. I started doing it about a year ago and was shocked at how many cals I was eating!! There’s a ton of websites where you can look up how many calories you should eat a day to lose weight and I would recommend not being too hard on yourself!! It’s a process and it took me over 7 months to lose 15 pounds and 5% BF and I worked out 6-7 days a week. You got this girl!!! Believe in yourself!!

    Maybe dont eat processed foods and eat out as much? You mention you get meals from that meal prep company but you have 0 clue as to what's in them since you dont make it yourself.

    I really appreciate your honesty about your plastic surgery. There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting a nose job or injections under your eyes!! I would love to see a video about getting the injections under your eyes and any further plastic surgery that you get.

    Something that was super surprising to me when I began my fitness journey is that I actually needed to eat more. I tried counting macros but it became too obsessive so I now I just try to get a good balance of carbs, fat, and proteins in each meal without worrying too much if I treat myself every once and awhile.

    Maybe easier said than done, but best tip I have for weight loss is literally cut out NOTHING. Don't cut carbs or intermittent fast or any of that ish literally not beneficial for anyone. Just eat healthy when you can, have some will power against things that you don't reaaallly want, but then eat it and move on when you do.

    Losing weight is all about calorie intake. Period. Yes, eating healthy is better for you, but some healthy foods are high in calorie. Count the calories. There is a reason Weight Watchers has been around for decades…it’s based on calorie intake.

    I just came across your video and let me start by saying, you do not have to explain every little thing to people. I don’t know how long you have been doing YT or SM but it seems like an added unnecessary stress. You make comments throughout the video that are so critical of yourself and it breaks my heart. It’s not healthy for one person to feel like every little thing they do needs to be explained. If you are a good human, trying your hardest being good to others and all things around you, then live your life. Stay mindful of changes and improvement but don’t stress your very existence just living! ❤️
