    sir mai aapse ek request krna chahti hu jo aaj ki date mai 80% women ki problem hai mene waight ke sath yoga se is chij ko khtam kiya hai but aap ise apni yoga class ke Madhyam se ise achhe se sab ko motivate kr skte hai vo problem hai( Uterus fibroid) is pe bhi aap motivate kre yoga se har roj ko dur kiya ja skta hai agr aap meri bat se sahamt hai to please is pe video jarur bnaye👏👏👏👏👏thanks
