Tess Daly launches new lifestyle book

Tess Daly shared with fans on social media her new book ‘4 steps: To a Happier, Healthier You’ is finally out and now available in-stores at major retailers and online.

The Strictly Come Dancing presenter took to social media on Thursday, 16 March, to share the launch of her new lifestyle book.

The star appeared on the morning show Lorraine to speak about the exciting book launch and shared sweet snaps on Instagram, smiling with host Lorraine Kelly and the new book cover.

Tess captioned the photo: “IT’S HERE 📣 so excited to finally share ‘4 Steps to a Happier, Healthier You’ with you, it’s out today! 😍 Thank you SO much to everyone who pre-ordered a copy – please tag me when you get your copies📕.

“Packed with delicious healthy recipes, tips for a good night’s sleep, a masterclass on breath work, and easy workouts to get you back on the move🙆‍♀️.”

The BBC presenter also said in the caption that the book took over two years to write and has over two decades worth of learning and living wellness tips and habits for readers to try.

With the tagline, “Eat, breathe, move, sleep”, Tess’s idea behind the book is to help people live healthier lives and help them make every day just a little more fabulous.

Filled with easy lifestyle hacks and expert advice, alongside simple recipes that are both healthy and delicious, this book shows that you don’t have to spend lots of time or money to make every day better for your health and mind.
