    I've been constipated since my surgery about 3 months ago and it feels really uncomfortable. I just found this video and I've done it, 1 minute for each pose, is it okay?
    I haven't got any bowel movements since yesterday so i really hope it will works well for me.

    I've got such terrible stomach cramps after every meal I have. It only goes away once it feels like my rectum has contents cleared. But then starts all over once i eat again. Its so painful and uncomfortable. Pain spreading to my lower back now.

    Yoga is nice and relaxing but too gentle for chronic or severe constipation when people are living in misery. Go see a bowel function specialist. These doctors and nurses have clinics and will help you achieve better bowel function. It could take months of retraining your bowel but any improvement is beneficial long-term. You do NOT want bowel problems in old age!

    I haven't been really to the toilet for like 6 days … in those 6 days I went 2 times but it was not a lot. I had this my whole life. Is it dangerous?
