I’m studying dietetics at university and have been learning about lipids today. Would you recommend canola oil as opposed to olive oil as it contains less mono saturated fat? X

My kid would never eat that. She hates beans, and soft cheeses like string cheese or cubes, yogurt, cold meats, and cold vegetables except carrots. I’m at a loss with her. Tonight I made pasta salad and she was thrilled. It can only have black olives and the “shaky cheese” parmigiana in it though or she won’t eat it. Lol I just have her buy lunch most of the time so she can have cooked food.

I also gotta recommend making a ton of healthy sandwiches and freezing them. Then you can just throw in some wash-and-go fruits 'n' veggies like cherry tomatoes, grapes, or an apple.

That looks great but it won’t fly in our household. One hungry for traditional African food, kids one will eat anything American, the other one is practically vegan (age 3) refused to eat meats and sauces, and I just munch on anything I can find after being exhausted from
preparing 3 different meals for them 3 x per day ?
