Altamira, Tamaulipas. – On June 1, the System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family in Altamira, chaired by the CP Rossy Luque de Martínez, officially started the Aqua Fitness classes for this summer season, which are aimed at older women and carried out in the Aquatic Park of the industrial city.

During the opening ceremony, it was announced that these classes will be in charge of the instructor Nayeli Benítez, who will support those enrolled in this course to have the ability to exercise with low-impact movements in one of the pools of this complex. water.

It corresponded to Prof. Alfredo Valladares, responsible for the Aquatic Park, to offer a few words of gratitude to the CP Rossy Luque for the impulse made so that this facility has first-class facilities, which encourage activities such as these to be carried out professional and comfortable manner.

Likewise, she encouraged the students to give their best in this new cycle of Aqua Fitness, being an enriching experience and an escape from the daily routine, since the classes will be taught every Tuesday and Thursday.
