    I am taking breakfast with 2 bread and spread of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon honey and 1 banana this all set included with 1 set of bread and 4 marinate almonds that i will eat every morning and lunch is 4 eggs with meals and eve time i will take 1 milk and dinner meals with dates…IS THIS HELP TO GAIN WEIGHT PLS TELL ME BRO"S…….i am 24 but my weight is 50 i need to gain pls..my diet method will going to help me?

    REMEMBER THAT ALL OF U ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Just remember to eat what u can !! Don’t force ur self to eat if u don’t want to just to get bigger! I’m 14 and weigh 80 ponds but I’ve always been really tiny I’m watching this to help me grow and learn because I’m starting to do cross country and since I’m already a stick I’m gonna be even more of a stick when cross country seasons over so yeah… if u need help just reply to my comment !!
