    ONE WORD : TOUGH!! but i know it'll be worth it..i had done exercise following ur routine from aug. 19 till around last of september and i have lost 5 kg. but then i discontinued out of laziness…
    TODAY OCT'23 i have stated again with day 1. & it was tough after discontinuing but i want to do this.
    I'll update after a month to tell the results. 🙂

    Hey Roberta … Good morning from India … Today I woke up and did your morning workout routine then went for an hour long walk and came back and complete this work out … I am feeling awesome … I am an obese person and I need to lose at least 25 kgs I have promised myself that I will work hard and work out harder and remain optimistic about shedding those extra pounds … Today I will do one more routine of yours – 10 pounds in a week challenge and workout after meal ? … I have my vacation from college … I will go back as a different person after a month ??? lots of love
