    JuSt what I needed today!! Had to do a lot of self talk this afternoon to complete today’s challenge. Went to a wedding overnite which included keeping our 2 1/2 and 6 month Grandbabies in our room. Needless to say we had a busy nite!! Getting home today, the last thing I wanted to do but the thing I needed the most was day 6 of the challenge?
    I feel completely rejuvenated!!!

    Finished Day 6 ? Great stretchy day after all my weekend paddling, and there was lots of it as the waves were tiny but it was hot and had to have my surf fix ? Did one of your foam roller vids to start so was a great combo. Thank you.

    I was out of town and didn't really have a chance to do the challenge in 7 days. I did day 6 today and it felt great to be back on the mat. I'm going to repeat the challenge a few times. I loved all the days! Thanks Tim for being an amazing teacher.

    I do this series by combining with short Zuzka Light workouts. First 15-20 minutes ZWOW, then 30 minutes of yoga. Really like it.
