    Adriene that's twice this week you have given me exactly what I needed. This morning as my cat is curled up on the bed beside me, my shoulders and upper back were tight on waking so I searched your channel and this is what I found. As the practice came to the end, in wide legged stance I twisted and bound my arms knowing this would feel good…and then you instructed us to do the same! Amazing.
