    Such a disastrous diet , any diet which restricts you from eating natural raw food is flawed , diet should be part if lifestyle but not like a summer crash course. Low fat plant based diet is the best lifestyle diet you can adopt to and the studies , research supports this solidly. High starch food is the one which can cure you from lot of diseases and keep your energy levels high. Your body needs carbs,don’t starve it out of carbs ….take required amounts of fiber Atleast 35-40grams.get a balanced healthy diet [ avoid dairy & meat ] go vegan

    Eatables:
    1.oils – kobari ,Nei(milk) avvu ,olive oil (salads), perugupeda megada, venapusa, butter packet,cheese
    2.galla uppu, sea
    3.eggs yellows and white(0-6) . Omlete mix with vegetables.mushrooms. all vegetables
    4 non veg: all types daily but 250grams .(combination) …..no mixing with rice only mukalu …eat with marinate 5 items ( salt+karam+lemon+pasupu+ garlic paste+ masala intlo) deep fridge 2 hours ..roste and eat it
    5.mutton bones soup…..1kg bones + 2lts water + 12 whistle = big boul 4 litrs -small gas 7 hrs. -mix vegetables. And soup admixtures …… All pieces throw it out ..soup keep it in fridge …. Daily u can consume
    Pillar 1:
    70 grams to 100 grams fat …. Consume 70grams directly
    Venapusa ,perugu meda megada, count and consume
    Pillar 2: fiber
    8 vegetables no ( potatoes 5 + beetroot+ banana + beans Natu chikudu + batani) ., Medium tamoto , onion.carrot medium only one.
    Salt water wash the vegetables…karam venchi karam…. Thavdu tho wash …
    Vegetables – salad or boil or masala
    Gongura – mango or lemon
    Coconut water and Letha kobari no
    Kobbari – direct , thurumukoni, pathadi
    Milk -NO , coffee and tea with no sweet
