    I personally lost a significant amount of weight but i can't seem to reach to a plateau sadly..i feel like i need to do this workout plus the walking and running workout for it to be enough

    Less carbs has given me more self control with food. Too many carbs keep me hungry! It has been a game changer!

    Did this then hit the yard. 3 miles in 40 minutes…at times my JOG looked very sad and slow but it’s done! SFG!

    This was a nice walk but yes gave me more questions.
    So to get into 10-15 minutes of consistent exercise every day then does it matter what you do everyday or should it be all walks or can it be weights, dance, pilates, etc??

    I enjoyed this walk. So tired tonight but I wanted to move just to do something! This was great. I know not hardcore but sometimes you just need to move no jumping like Tigger. I ended up having fun because had music on too.

    Pahla, you look great in aqua as well as the purple! The short bursts of running in between the walking are also great for metabolism.
