The left-back took to Instagram to upload the cute photo of him cuddling up with his Aussie partner.

The Brisbane-born beauty went public with their romance on Valentine's Day earlier this year.

Chilwell has a long list of ex's including Holly Scarfone, who appeared on Too Hot to Handle,  Camila Kendra, who used to go out with Lewis Hamilton and The Only Way is Essex star

Current girlfriend Cartia works for modelling agency Storm, which has led to her starring for the likes of Rimmel, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Dior.

The brunette has her own fashion and beauty blog on YouTube, which boasts 484,000 subscribers.

Meanwhile, she also hosts the Common Chaos podcast with pal Ashton Wood.
