Now to start these sequences it is best to do all of the beforehand demonstrated exercises and asanas in Day 1, 2 movies, that features warm- ups, stretches, respiration & fundamental asanas. Here is the listing of asanas of this video and prompt repetitions:

Sequence 1:
Bhujangasana (Snake pose) 20 sec with deep respiration à AdoMukha Svanasana (Downward canine) 20 sec with deep respiration à EkPada Kapotasana (One-legged pigeon pose) 20 sec à Svanasana à Bujangasana

* You can do that on loop for 5 instances either side.

Sequence 2:
Bujangasana ( Snake pose) 20 sec with deep respiration à Ado Mukha Svanasana ( Dynamic Downward canine) 3 or 4 instances with deep respiration à Ek Pada Kapotasana ( One-legged pigeon pose) 20 sec à Ek Pada Raja Kapotasana ( Sleeping pigeon pose) à Svanasana à Bujangasana

* You can do that on loop for 5 instances either side.

Sequence 3:
Ado Mukha Svanasana (Downward canine) 20 sec with deep respiration à Utthita Parsvakonasana (prolonged aspect angle pose) 5 sec à Viparita virabhadrasana ( reverse warrior pose) 5 sec à ( loop the earlier 2 for 3 or 4 instances) à Svanasana à Bujangasana

* You can do that on loop for 5 instances either side.

Make certain you breathe deeply in between and keep in Balasana in-between all of the sequences for no less than 10 seconds.
