    I really want to build mobility for a more stable bridge and wheel. This has a nice safe progression to do that, although at the very end I find I need yoga blocks at my hands for wheel not my feet. Elevation of my feet puts way too much pressure at my shoulders. Thank you for walking me through these exercises.

    In the wheel pose my wrists hurt and I bend my knees too much when I come up, my arms aren't as straight as yours, they are at an angle of 45°. What can I work on to improve this?
