    Great cardio flow, good pace, I do a lot of intermediate / cardio yoga online and I really enjoyed the total body combination of poses. Now if only I could get crow!

    I did this workout yesterday and I will be doing it again! Creative flow from standing to getting to down on the mat. Great workout but I didn't like the music. It got in my head and distracted me from the workout. I don't think you need music.

    Really appreciated this yoga flow. I could feel my muscles becoming engaged and strengthening. My goal is to use it every morning this month to see how I progress. Thank you Michelle! It's surprisingly not easy to find a great video like this. I felt like I was back in a studio again.
