    i am new to this channel. I appreciate the length of time of this session and that it feels like a whole body workout. I like the images of lengthening and releasing. I like the thoroughness of your instructions. I like that we took the time to appreciate our workout and our bodies. Thank you.

    I like how you talk me thru each pose, letting me know how to point hips or knees etc. Reminding me how my body should be facing or stretching in each pose. This is so helpful to me, concentrate on the yoga moves, not watching the screen but listening to you talk me thru the correct positioning for each move. Thx Tim 🙂
