    So I decided to give this a try. About 3/4 the way through. I had a rush of emotion and I dropped to the ground and cried. I had never felt anything like that before. It was beyond beautiful. Thank you two for sharing your passion and skills with us. !!

    10 minutes in and I can't physically bend in that way. My legs can't stay straight and I can't lean forward that far. Does anyone know what I can do to substitute? This is my very first time trying this and have had many flexibility issues die to a mos shapen ball joint in my hip.

    57 years old and trying yoga for the first time. I’ve been only doing the first class for two weeks and it’s amazing. I actually did some of the stretches prior to playing a baseball game and I felt great after playing (which hasn’t happened in 15 years of playing adult baseball). Thank you.

    First time trying yoga in my life, this was very difficult for someone as inflexible as me had to give up at around 12 minutes. I'll try it again in a few days and hopefully can last a little longer

    This felt so good, thank you for the video! I do have a question tho: Half way up and forward bend are the same for me because I am not flexible right now. Should I bend my knees to bend down lower or just stay were I am at? 🙂

    Started doing this 2 weeks ago and could only do about 15-20% of it. I just finished my first session of not falling or having to stop and rest! I'm going to start your beginner's course/playlist now that I've got this one down. Thank you, dude.

    This was my first time doing yoga, I recently lost 14 pounds and am one month clean of drugs and alcohol. This was great for me very clear and relaxing, though very difficult for me I fell a few times and couldn't quite make the poses, I will try again tomorrow morning though. Thank you again!

    great video man, but I wish there was more clear instructions, I mean it is my first time doing yoga, so there is some poses that i couldnt do at all, so please take us inflexible people into consideration 🙂
