    Thank you for the challenge, Lena! I'm glad it involves something you really enjoy! 💖 I've said it before but I'll say it again- that periwinkle color on you is YOUR color, girl. You look like a freaking yoga angel in it. ✨ I'm going to do this challenge, but I'm going to do the yoga every other day. I kind of want to develop a routine of an ABABAB pattern where I do a relaxing physical activity daily, but switch it up between 2 activities every other day. I'm thinking A could be walking and B could be some type of gentle flexibility, then alternate them in addition to my usual daily workout. I hope that makes sense. Flexibility isn't exactly my cup of tea, but I feel like that's the exact reason I need to practice it more lmao.

    hi guys ! ı will try this challenge and let you guys know my results
    before;
    50.0 kg /110.2 lbs
    waist;66 cm/ 25.98 inches
    d1 + done / 9k steps
    D2+ /10k steps /🧚🏻‍♀️ i got my period
    D3i only did first 10 min / 11k steps
    D4-my period is pretty tough time for me so i stopped doing it but i had to say that even though moves were quite easy for me i sweat and felt good afterwards

    So guys i got my period and i was lazy to do this but i try to walk about 10k steps in these 3 days and after the 1st 3 days
    I tried to move i did some house chores etc.
    So here is my results;
    Weight; 49.5* ( day 4)
    ( in the 7th day morning i was 48.8 which made me shocked i guess since my period had finished it is my real weight )
    waist – 65 cm

    I didn't really watch my diet but i eat 2 times a day and i try to not eat at least 2 hour before the bed time ( for example i eat at 11pm but i sleep late about 1-2a.m )

    How on earth can anyone do that one plow pose? It's like your defying gravity. I guess because I am a beginner I can't do it yet but still, that is nuts lol.
