    Namasthey sir my daughters started doing yoga on seeing your vedios you have given part 1 to part 6 not in days like day 1 to day 13 like that is your partbone vedio has to be continued for a week orbit must be taken as one day. They already finished a week from part 1 to part 6 as a week and took one day break is it ok. Kindly advice. You have not answered any of the followers. Please let me know if you take any online classes also. Will be useful to many like us. My daughters are very fat and for flexibility only I asked them to do on their own they searched and very particular about your slow and steady teaching. Thank you with lots and lots of love. Please do reply
