    This video is perfect for getting back into shape. After a 3 year battle with autoimmune issues, I'm now healthy enough to begin yoga again. All of my former practices were way too hard, due to all of the muscle I've lost. I was at a loss til I found your videos and began the 7 day challenge. This is just right. Yes I'm sore from yesterday's and today's, however it's that "feel good" sore of muscles reawakening! Thank you for these beginning videos. I believe they are the gateway to becoming fit once more!
