    you guys are seriously one of the best YouTube yoga instructors. Great guidance and teaching. Also, thank you for getting back to me about my back issue. I plan to see a chiropractor soon and get it checked out professionally. Instead of holding the positions at the end, I just go to shavasana early and lay on my back longer. Thanks again! ❤️

    Whenever I get to the last parts of the video where we're sitting for mediation I always feel like I'm going to fall backwards if I sit up tall. So I either don't relax fully so that I stay upright or end up rounding my shoulders/back forward. Any suggestions?
