    This must be my favourite practise! Loved it so much! I did not get what people meant by calling some practises yammy, but this one was very yammy and now I understand it much better. ❤️I overate, felt bad and stupid, also tired and worthless… but i did this before sleep and I am a bit better. Thank you so much
