    Wretched migraine this morning. I don't know if this will 100% cure it, but it is nice to have a few minutes of stretching, breathing and someone sympathizing with me. Migraines can feel like such a lonely, invisible burden.

    If you've got migraine, you can forget about yoga. Or walking, or standing up for that matter. When proper migraine kicks in, it's 3 days of hell and puking.

    God I love this so much, my migraine started this morning, undoubtly stress-related and was just getting worse and worse actually as I was taking time to relax. I literally haven't been able to eat anything today yet and now I finally feel OK enough to go to the supermarket and get some food

    I felt vindicated when you mentioned later on in the video that you could use a sock as that is what I had opted for! That did not stop my boyfriend from being very confused by me lying on the floor with a sock on my face though 😅 oh well, if it works it works!
