    I'm sure Adrien is a skilled yoga practitioner, however the sound was just too soft to be able to follow easily.

    I am a hospice nurse, fighting in this pandemic. I have been running and rushing all week. This was so wonderful for quieting my mind and body. What a wonderful practice. I love your spirit to help others. And I love your dog. 🙂

    Corey Roos on YouTube the only person doing yoga for arthritis in a way that works for arthritis. Trust your own body if you feel pain back out of a pose gently. That's what Corey teaches.

    I can’t cross my legs and I am wondering if that will happen in time? Does anyone else have that problem and what do they do to fix it. In the last couple of years I became really stiff and struggle to do most of the poses.
    I want to get better just not sure how. I do appreciate this video though and will try a modified version for myself.

    So my husband has been practicing yoga and wanted me to go with him only the class always moves too fast and the instructor spits out pose names that I don't know and I end up being frustrated, then along comes your videos. I was told by my sister about you and she has been following you for a bit and said I might like it, I do though I had to keep looking at the monitor, ha ha, to be sure I was following correctly. Thank you.
