Yoga Poses for a Healthy Brain and Nervous System

Do you know how you can keep your brain sharp and your nervous system supported? By changing up how you do your most common yoga poses! Your brain and nervous system love variety and diversity which means if you’re doing the same poses the same way each time, it’s a good idea to switch things up a bit.

But how do you switch up your yoga poses? One of my favourite ways to do that is to add active mobility into a pose. Watch the video to see what this looks like in Tree pose. You’ll uplevel your brain with more focus, your nervous system will be stimulated in all the good ways and you’ll likely also find yourself smiling as you do this!
